Availability of Prospectus / Registration Form

  • The Prospectus and Registration Form for admission to the academic session 2026–27 will be available online from 1st November 2025.

Age Eligibility – NEP-aligned

  • The school accepts admissions into Classes I to V.
  • The minimum age for admission to Class I, as on 31 July 2026, is 6 years and above.
  • Admission to higher classes will be subject to the availability of seats. Kindly enquire at the school head office at Pandu Nagar.
  • For admissions to Classes II and above, a School Transfer Certificate from the previous school will be required.
  • Age eligibility for all classes, including Class I, is determined in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) and the applicable Government circulars and directions. These criteria may be revised if any policy is issued, modified, clarified, or withdrawn by the competent authority, and such revisions will be applicable to all new admissions as well.

Procedure for Registration and Admission:

  • Parents must fill out and submit the Registration Form online using the “Registration Form 26–27” link provided on this website.
  • The school will contact parents via email and WhatsApp regarding the next steps.
  • The school office will inform parents of the date and time for form verification, assessment, and interaction.
  • Parents are requested to read the School Prospectus in detail.
  • Please attach a self-attested copy of the child’s Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
  • Please bring the original Birth Certificate for verification on the scheduled interaction day.
  • Originals are to be shown only and will not be retained.

Fee Rules & Charges

  • Once admission is confirmed, all fee payments must be made through the official school app (net banking, debit card, or credit card). No fee will be accepted at the school counter.
  • The Composite Annual Fee is payable quarterly through the app. Fees become due on the 1st day of each quarter (1st April, 1st July, 1st October, 1st January) and must be paid by the 15th of that month. Fee once paid is not refundable.
  • The Composite Annual Fee for 2026–27 for all existing students is charged quarterly and combines all applicable components. The school follows a differential fee structure for different classes.
  • School fee may also be paid online via the Parents’ Login on this website or through the mobile app.
  • Examination Fee is charged separately.
  • Registration charges and ICSE / ISC examination charges will be payable as determined by the Council and the Convener (for board classes).
  • Additional charges may apply for optional activities such as co-curricular and extracurricular programmes, competitions (including Olympiads), excursions, field trips, and similar enrichment opportunities. These charges apply only to participating students and are not compulsory for all students.
  • All important dates, circulars, and announcements are updated on the school website. Parents are advised to check the website regularly.
