Registration and Admission

(For Students taking admission for the session 2024-25)

Prospectus and Registration Form for admission to the academic session 2024-’25 will be available from 5 December 2023.

Procedure for Registration and Admission:

  • The school takes admission in Class I. The minimum age for admission to Class I as on April 1, 2024 is 5 years 6 months and above.
  • Admission to higher classes will be subject to availability of seats.
  • Prospectus and Registration forms will be available from school office during office hours.
  • The Registration form duly filled in must be submitted in school office according to the instructions given by the office.
  • Parents may also submit the Registration form online using the “ADMISSION ENQUIRY” tab in this website.
  • Mere submission of application form is no guarantee for admission. Date of birth as mentioned in the date of birth certificate will be considered final and no changes will be permitted later.
  • The Principal reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • A list of selected students will be put up on the notice board.

RULES & CHARGES

Note:

  • Composite Annual Fee shall be deposited only in the bank by cheque, draft or cash. Fee can also be paid online through School APP using net banking, debit and credit cards. No fee will be accepted in the school.
  • School Fee can also be paid online from the “Parents Login”in this website or through the mobile app.
  • Fee is to be paid in advance for three months and it becomes due on the 1st of every quarter i.e., on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October and 1st January every year and is payable by the 15th of these months. Fee once paid is not refundable.
  • The school will not send reminders for the payment of quarterly fee. Dues must be cleared automatically on time.
  • In case the fee is not paid by the 7th of the next month, the child’s name will be struck off the school rolls. Re-admission will be granted subject to vacancy and at the discretion of the Principal on a payment of re-admission charges after clearing all arrears/ dues.
  • Composite Annual Fee for 2024-’25 for all existing students is payable quarterly and clubs all fee under various heads, if any. School follows a differential fee structure in various classes.
  • Registration charges, ICSE and ISC examination charges will have to be paid as and when determined by the Council and the Convener. (Applicable to board classes)
  • For any optional co-curricular activities, extracurricular activities or exams, Olympiads, excursions, field trips or any such similar optional amenities offered by the school at any time of the year, a separate fee will be chargeable. Such a fee will be purely optional and not compulsory for all the students.
