Admissions at Swaraj India Public School follow a structured and transparent process, designed to help families make an informed choice. Applications are accepted based on availability and age criteria, and we encourage parents to begin the process early to ensure a smooth transition into the ICSE learning environment.
How to Apply
Parents can begin the admissions process by:
- Register
Filling out the registration form online or at the school office.
- Submit Documents
Submitting necessary documents including the birth certificate.
- Campus Visit
Visiting the campus to meet the admissions team and understand the environment.
Admission Process

Initial Inquiry
Classes 1–5: Online or in-person (as applicable)
Class 6 onwards: Mandatory on-campus visit (Latest report card is required to proceed)

Registration
Start registration by filling the initial form and paying ₹1,500 (non-refundable)

Receive online application form link via Email/Whatsapp

Complete Form Submission
Upload photographs of the child & both parents, birth certificate, report card & Aadhar card.

& Form Check
One parent must visit the campus; the child is not required at this stage

Tuition & Fees
Fee information at Swaraj India Public School is structured transparently in accordance with the U.P. Fees Regulation Act, 2018. Fees are payable quarterly in advance and must be cleared through authorised channels. Please contact the admissions office for the complete fee schedule applicable to your child’s grade.
BOARD CLASSES ISC
(i) All fees must be paid only through authorised channels: either online (Parents’ Login / school app via net banking, debit card, or credit card) or in the designated bank (cheque / draft / cash). No fee will be accepted at the school counter.
(ii) The Composite Annual Fee is payable quarterly in advance. Fees are due on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October and 1st January, and must be paid by the 15th of that month.
(iii) Fee once paid is not refundable.
(iv) The school will not send individual reminders; parents are responsible for clearing dues on time.
(v) The fee structure for 2026–27 is in accordance with Government norms and the U.P. Fees Regulation Act, 2018. The final fee structure may be revised based on the final Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Government later.
(vi) The school follows a differential fee structure across classes/levels, based on the student’s year of admission, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the U.P. Fee Regulation Act, 2018.
(vii) Examination Fee is charged separately per quarter and is payable by all students. This is over and above the Composite Annual Fee.
(viii) Board-related charges (ICSE / ISC etc.) are payable separately as determined by the Council (for board classes only).
(ix) Optional activities such as competitions, excursions, field trips, and other enrichment programmes may carry separate charges for participating students.
